On live streams, First to comment sold/claim/mine/dibs and the price gets the item. We then send photos of all claimed items on our facebook page GemShowlive365. Please initiate contact on Facebook messenger app to get started.
First to claim the correct corresponding number or letter gets the bin. (Not first to inquire) AKA no dibs if you ask to see something. Anyone can claim at any time. First person to say sold that appears on the device of the person doing the feed as we often have multiple people trying to claim the same bin. Because it is first come, first serve, we do not offer switches on the bins. All claims are final. If you want to claim multi bin deals, All bins must be claimed within the same feed.
Within the same feed, if you want a bulk deal you must claim all bins during the feed. There are 3 options: Buy 5 bins get 1 free so 6 total bins for $555 shipped. Buy 10 bins get 3 free for $1111 shipped. *When available, buy 70 bins and get 30 free!! $7777 shipped with a $3333 savings 🙂 This amount will not always be readily available and you can request a custom 100 bins order via the page. We strive to have as many new and exciting bins as possible each and every feed as we get new products almost daily 🙂

Shipping is usually between 2-5 business days. We offer free domestic shipping on all domestic orders over $111.00. We can offer expedited shipping, plus some international shipping for a surcharge. This is case by case. In return, we ask you to pay invoices promptly upon receipt in Paypal. Soon the website will offer even more options for payment at checkout.
All sales are final! No switching once an item has been claimed. We will replace/credit if a piece is broken and extra insurance was not purchased. Please do not play if you can’t pay.
